After
finishing law and business school, I worked at Thompson & Knight, LLP, in their Real Estate and Banking Section, 1999 – 2006; and
was elected partner in 2005. After leaving Thompson & Knight, I formed my own firm to provide general counsel and consulting services
to Moody Simmons Partners, Ltd., a subdivision development
company, Moody Rambin Property Company, a retail and
industrial development company, and Parkside Capital
Land Fund, a private equity fund investing in land in
Texas. Currently, I am working to expand my client base and offer a wider range of both
legal and consulting services.
